Sheds and snooker in the new issue of the Idler

The new issue of the Idler magazine is now out - it contains my usual column on sheds (this time, a look at how George Bernard Shaw used his as a marketing tool to further the causes he strongly believed in) plus my regular column on snooker for those of you interested in baizecraft (this time, a look at how age is currently trumping youth in the major tournaments). As always, it's a great read but what with everything, newsstand sales are likely to be down 90%. If you can afford one, a subscription would really help all concerned. idler.co.uk for more detail. Large thanks.

  1. But your column on sheds features Virginia Woolf's place for writing in this Idler issue, not Shaw's.
