Menus That Made History in Waitrose Weekend


A really nice double page spread in this week's Waitrose Weekend newspaper/magazine thingy looks at the book and includes an interview with me and my co-author Vincent Franklin by Anna Shepard. It includes a really wide selection of the menus, from the earliest ones thousands of years ago up to the first menu on the moon and includes a quote from me about the advisability of eating rat salami.
