A large thank you to everybody who's bought a copy of Menus That Made History. It hit its best ranking yesterday, 472 in the whole of Amazon.co.uk books, making it also number 1 in Food & Travel Writing, Restaurants, Bars & Cafés for Travelers, and Honeymoon Travel Guides! (even ahead of Mr Tucci whose television series about food in Italy I am enjoying hugely).
